Helicopter Flight Instruction

Ratings and Certificates

For some its just being able to fly, for others its planning for a career. We've been helping people realize their flying dreams for decades. Many of our former students have gone on to establish themselves as part of this unique flying community.

R22 Discovery Flights - $150

Great for first-timers and even rated pilots who want to try out the R22 or our school.

*Note: The maximum seat weight is 240 lb. Students at/near the maximum seat weight have the option to take our R44 Discovery Flight if weight and balance prevents R22 flight (see below).

R44 Discovery Flights - $275

Great for first-timers and even rated pilots who want to try out the R44 or our school.
The R44 is a four place, larger and faster helicopter capable of carrying larger passengers and more overall weight than the R22. It even outruns the popular Bell Jet Ranger! This is the best option for students near or above 240 lbs.
